• Choose your activity to complete during the challenge: Run, walk, cycle or swim 60 miles
• Create your fundraising page to get your personal challenge link to share with friends, family, and colleagues.
• Spread the word: Share your personal fundraising link and updates using #fitfortheocean on Instagram to join the global movement—and get entered to win awesome prizes. The more you raise for the ocean, the bigger the rewards!
• Track your progress (optional): Log your activities on the free Kamoot website and follow Sea Shepherd to see the full wave of action.
